RASCO was established in March 2017 in response to the need identified in the National Education Policy and the Information Technology (IT) Policy of the Government of Pakistan (GoP) for a specialized testing service. RASCO is an independent, self-sustained testing company that conducts tests and assessments for admissions, scholarships, recruitment, and promotions. The company operates under the guidance of its Board of Directors. Within its first year, RASCO aims to play a key role in promoting merit and quality education at both the college and university levels. Committed to its core values, RASCO consistently strives for excellence by ensuring quality, efficiency, reliability, accuracy, and, most importantly, credibility in a transparent manner. All operations are conducted with strict security measures in place to maintain the integrity of the entire process.
